Refunds

Customer refunds and store refund adjustments

A store refund adjustment is your store's net share of merchandise that ubazol refunded for a qualifying missing-item or wrong-order claim. Delivery charges and ubazol-funded goodwill are excluded. It is not a bank or card chargeback and it does not reverse the original order record.

How the process works

ubazol completes the qualifying customer refund.
The store's net share of the refunded merchandise is assessed against the original order.
Adjustment due means the amount is recorded against a future payout and has not been recovered yet. Adjustment applied means an external recovery has been recorded.

The date your store recognised the sale, handed the parcel to the driver, included the order in revenue, or received an earlier payout does not decide whether the adjustment applies. Those dates only affect when it can be settled. A product return is not required for a missing-item or wrong-order adjustment.

You can submit evidence if the store, order, item, amount or claim classification is wrong. A comment provides context for review; it does not by itself cancel the customer refund, pause the adjustment or change its status.
